As Rx'd 8 rounds + 2 muscle ups I did this yesterday morning. The kb swings done with 70lb dumbbell, muscle ups done on a split bar... I have no rings. :-(
13 rounds, I did 3 rounds of muscle ups before i had to go back to 6 pu and 6 dips, 2 rounds of HSPU's before i had to use a elevated bench, (other people clogging up the room) 2 pood kb, and Tom and I had a small crowd to watch us. Good times! Tom got 11.
