Wow, this could be a new inspriation for me! Except some of those weight amounts might be a bit over my head, but the aerobics/strength training combinations would be nice!

cool thing is we just scale our workouts to meet the needs of the person doing the workout. usually the women athletes are lower example 75lbs instead of 95lbs. thanks for checkin out the website.
the combination crossfit has brings some incredible results for many people. keep checking in.
