Run 26.2 Miles (Brookings Marathon): 3:22:28, or 7:44 per mile. That was my fastest marathon since 2003. It was cold and windy in South Dakota today, and I'm six years older and 25lbs heavier than I was in '03, so I'm happy with the time. Hope to be back in the gym next week.
