10 Chest to Bar Pullups
10 Front squats, 165 lbs (105 lbs)
10 Burpees

Good luck with this one... my official time for this at the games this weekend was 6:34, as my second WOD that day. Brutal... enjoy! :-)

7:11 jp, 75lb front squat

13:52, 165lbs first two rounds I struggled with the front squat, last round i scaled 4 reps 155 last 6 135lbs.
Brandon, this one sucked, we will work more on front squats now.
A good WOD I see us doing this again someday!

9:05, 135lbs front squat struggled and only got 6 reps on the third round of front squats.
