WOD
Today come in and work on technique.
Most of you know your weaknesses, say overhead squat, work with the PVC or the bar.
Pull ups, hip extension etc.
Do the CrossFit warm up and then clean up the rough edges. The cleaner the technique the faster you will go when the clock is watching!
