Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.
This was the 2nd WOD at BU CrossFit, look back at some of those times, man we were slow and weak then.

Hey, in that picture, there's this green stuff on the ground. Trying to remember its name. There it is, grass. Thought we only had snow outside! =]
