26:06 85lbs 15 dips and pull ups and 4 laps in gym each round. Shoulder is still bothering me so I couldn't do anymore weight.
45:00 95lb 15dips and pull ups and 7laps each round in the gym. Heavy day!!!!
18:29 135lbs all muscle ups except very last mu. 3pu and 3dips.
23:34 135lbs, rest as rx'd I completed all the MU's that was kinda nice.
28:25 @ 65lbs (5dips/5pu each round in place of the mu's)
37:06 95lbs 15 dips(with feet) and pull ups 7 laps around gym.
