Modified - compressed time. 3 x (400, (Thrusters (65 x 10, 65 x 5) + (95 x 5)), 5 Muscle Ups / 30 Dips Pull combo). Good workout - the 5 set one would be killer!

26:06 85lbs 15 dips and pull ups and 4 laps in gym each round. Shoulder is still bothering me so I couldn't do anymore weight.
