WOD

Five rounds for reps of:

1 min Wall ball shots, 20 pound
1 min rope pulls 12k kettlebell
Run 400m
Rest

Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.

Post total reps and ascents to comments.

This was a hard work out for me. Before starting I thought the wall balls were going to be the death of me, but it turns out it was the running that did me in. By the last round my goal was to just not let Val lap me! Wahahaha!! No seriously. :D
