Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

3:53-4:43-4:47-3:56. First 2&1/2 rounds I was doing GHD sit ups, when I realized it might be the regular sit ups I'm supposed to be doing. lol
Didn't finished the fifth round; had to go to work.
