5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

Much can be gained from playing with gymnastics rings, not the least
is an increased awareness of the body. Demonstrated here are four

Couldn't get to a gym so I did amrap of 10 push ups, 20 situps, 10 squats in 10 minutes.
got 6 rounds, 10, 20.
10 plus 5 pu rx'd very slow today.
