I did a different workout today.

Pull-ups
Time = 10:50
Ran 5K
4 rounds--used large black rubber-band for pull-ups instead of box--it sucked. Very stretchy, felt 1000x more difficult than using the box. But I did it & managed to do 13 real push-ups during warm-up.
