Warm up:
Holy-moly, if it wasn't so hot out I'd swear hell froze over during my warm-up. Highlights--1) no whip marks on my arms or ankles today from DUs. Set a new high of 15 in a row. 2) made it through all 15 box dips without having to take my "this sucks break" & 3) did 1 legged squats without needing to put a 5 or 10 lbs weight between my butt and the box.
WOD
Apparently my body decided it gave everything it had in the beginning b/c I was rowing like I was out for a Sunday drive--SLOW. I'll be honest, I wasn't 100% clear about today's workout since I sub'd Sandwich for muscle ups. I didn't know if I was supposed to do the squat snatches and the sandwich or just the sandwich. Just sandwich won out.

60 cal row, 40 overheads (torture compared to push jerks) reps 1-17 45lbs, 18-40 35lbs & 60 deadlift 65lbs.
