29:30 Jumped rope 300x instead of run. 35lb for power snatch*might have been able to bump it up once I got the feel for the movement. & Holy crap—the sandbag had to weigh more than 40lbs. I did 2 reps with the supposedly only 40 lb bag (it was the heaviest one there) and then found a lighter one.
