Two Team mate, 8 Push Press 115lbs, and 8 Front squats 115lbs
Switch off when you complete the movement.

6 rounds plus 6pp rx'd, not quite as painful at 7070ft.
5 rounds + run using 20lb ball and 45lbs for PP and FS. I may not have done the full 200m during the workout. I thought I counted it out, but may have fell short by 10-15 meters.
