21.23 By far the most somewhat depressing workout. I almost tripled the time everyone else was doing. Jumped a new record, 4, 45lb & 1, 25lb weight. Attempted to do all of the push-ups normally, but I only did the first 30 and then went to knees
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
