7rds + single leg squats, shuttle run and 6 sit-ups. I think I could've done more rounds but I didn't realize the squats were to be alternated (which goes much faster) until round 5. I was doing 5 left and then 5 right. Highlights: getting better at DU w/my rope and I attempted and nailed a cartwheel (it doesn't take much to amuse me)
