Gave myself a gold star for even showing up. My neck wasn't allowing any movement other than a slit tilt forward. I did the parts of the warm-up that didn't require my neck (no jumping, sit-ups, etc.) And then I spent the rest of the time doing reverse pull ups using the band. I tried it without the band and it was hilarious in a pathetic sort of way.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
