Complete AMRAP in 7 minutes of: 
10 reps of Dead Lift (115/75)
 10x Hand Power Clean (115 / 75)
Rest 3 minutes, then
Complete AMRAP in 7 minutes of: 
10 reps of Wall Balls (20/14), 
10 reps of  Burpees
Post number of rounds for each AMRAP
