14:39--75#, 115# & green pood. Feeling a little frustrated lately. Every workout feels likes it's twice as difficult as it should be, I want a new set of lungs. Ones that didn't grow up in a chain smoking household. I thought by now I'd be able to do 15 normal push-ups..nope. Or I would've found the elusive grip strength my hands so desperately need..nope. Still tearing calluses open in addition to finding new places on my hand to tear apart. I kissed having girly hands goodbye a long time ago.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
