It's amazing how the guilt of oversleeping pushed me beyond my wildest dreams. 145,165,175,185,195 (PR). It helps me when I write the weight that I'm attempting on the board before I start because there's a part of me that doesn't want to write the (F) behind it. Hopefully I'll be able to walk tomorrow, but if I can't it's not like I haven't had to deal with walking like I'm 90 yrs old before.
