16:02--Not sure why but the OH squat weight felt 100x heavier than I remember. My PR is 85 so I decided I'd be fine with 60, nope. Made it 1 rd. before I dropped down to 55. That weight didn't last long either. Reluctantly dropped down to 45 for rounds 3 & 4. Today felt I'd taken a permanent seat on the struggle bus. I couldn't get my arms to lock, my balance resembled a weeble-wobble & I'm glad it's over with.
