15:35, knees to chest 40 lbs, 20". I think my stomach muscles & grip strength are going the wrong direction. They feel like they're stuck in a black hole of progress. But on a good note, the new hand protectors are fabulous. 2 days in a row of grasping the bar & I don't have a single tear :-)
