22:22 Literally laid on the sidewalk in the rain as soon as my last 800m was done. 15 lbs dumbbell. I am so over my hips feeling sore and achy all the time. I stand-up they pop, I can't sit with my legs crossed for more than 5 minutes per side before switching legs. I can't find any relief and I hate, hate, hate it.
