11:42 BAM!! Totally a thumbs up Thursday! Improved by 3 minutes PLUS last time I did knees HRPU, today I did the real thing. Still doing 1 leg dips but I have a feeling that's going to take a while to move away from. My triceps were still a little sore from Monday, I was pretty sure they were going to give me the middle finger and stop working during the last round.
