Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 strict knees-to-elbows
20 one-legged squats, alternating
10 Hand Stand Push ups

7 rds + 10 + 4 Knees to elbows was more like knees to waist/chest. Used the box for 1-legged squats (used to like them when I was doing them wrong--now, not so much) & used box for HSPU--tried to get as vertical as possible without falling over
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
