Run 200m
15 Kettlebell swings 36k/24k
10 Pull ups

4rds + run + KB swings Based on the phrase "If it doesn't challenge you, then it doesn't change you" I should've morphed into a flipping butterfly today. Between the somewhat chilly air causing my already sore throat (thanks to allergies) to feel like daggers when I swallowed and using the red KB (pretty proud of myself on that one) I lost control of my breathing. It took just as long for me to get my breathing under control as the actual workout.
