7 Thrusters 75/55lbs
7 Pull ups
7 Burpees

Completed 1 whole minute + 7 thrusters (40 lbs) + 7 jumpling pull-ups + 2 burpees. Not a stellar performance BUT I came within inches of doing my first real pull-up (just not during the actual workout)
