30 GH Sit ups
20 Overhead Squats 95lbs/75lbs
10 Push Press 95/75lbs

20:50 Jumping PU, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get my chin over the bar for most of them. Used ab mat instead of GH to keep my lower back from spazzing out & 50 lbs.
