10:33~ but I lost count of DUs. I'm guessing I did probably 70. Only went down 1/2 way on sit ups to avoid aggravating my back & of course jumping pull up.
Didn't do snatches, spent the time working on form & finding out I have some serious flexibility issues in my shoulder and zero strength in my thorax muscle. Yaaaaay--said no one...ever.
