7 Pull ups
15 push ups
On Odd minute complete,
15 situps

Wish I would've done that workout differently. I should've counted the number of completed rounds in 20 min rather than switching even though I didn't complete the full rotation. All I know is I managed to complete all the pull-ups (they were pathetic, my arms felt like noodles trying to pull up a roast), sit-ups and usually about 1/2 of the DUs. I have zero clue how many push ups I did.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
