3 Rounds for time of:
25 walking lunges with sandbag
25 floor to overhead w/ sand bag
25  sit ups w/ sand bags

14:17~ I can honestly say I've never done an entire workout with a sandbag. I'd swear the stupid thing gained 20 pounds when it was time to lift it overhead.
