11 rounds -- After 6 weeks of zero physical activity & then 4 weeks of old person recovery rehab, being able to do a scaled version of today's WOD felt AWESOME!! Used PVC instead of a sandbag. I felt super stupid using a PVC pipe but by the time it was over I was glad Mike didn't suggest something heavier.
