Run 1 mile
5 Rounds of:
10 Pull ups
20 Push up
30 Squats
Run 1 mile

I can't remember if my time was 43:37 or 47:34... All I remember is that 22 minutes of it was running and that it took way longer than I thought it should. Lifted 25# DB 10 times on each arm instead of pull-ups and did assisted dips in place of push-ups
