Ok--I'm done reading the WOD 1/2 awake. Totally didn't see the comment of tracking time per round and thought it was 3 rounds with a 3 minute rest. 1st workout in a long time so I expected to feel recharged. Nope, not even a little bit. EVERY movement felt like I was going in slow motion and twice as difficult. 27:00 for the 3 rounds.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
