WOD

For time:
50 jumping alternating lunges, 50 steps
50 pull-ups
50 push presses, 95 lb.
50 hip extensions
50 burpees

21:00 Everything after the lunges were modified beyond belief. Stacked 2, 45lb weights & 10lb weight to do pull-ups, 55lbs for PP, sit-ups and knee push-ups in place of burpees. Somewhere towards end of PPs the right side of my abdomen made death look more pleasing than continuing. Sit-ups only worsened it. & to top the whole thing off I pretty much looked like a walrus while I tried relaxing my stomach muscles during the push-ups.
