Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 min of:
9 Deadlifts 185/135
9 Chest to Bar Pull ups
9 Knees to Elbows

3rds + 9+ 3 jumping chest to bar. So I was super excited when I thought I was Rxing the weight. In my head I was lifting 135 but it was only 125. My arms and deltoids are already burning which brings me to my next reality check. I'm pretty sure at least 85% of my weight is from the waist down. My grip strength is never going to be strong enough to handle holding on to the bar for more than a few repetitions/tearing up my hands.
