Tabata pull-ups
Tabata push-ups
Tabata sit-ups
Tabata squats
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.

All I can say is I showed up (which seems to be about all I've said the few days I actually made it to the gym this summer). Anyway, felt like I was to throw up the second I started to warm up. I ended up sitting on the sidelines counting Mike's reps.
