1st wkout in forever (at least a couple of months)... almost did the warm-up without modifications. My pull-ups were pathetic at best. I looked like I was just swinging on the bar & then dropping to the ground. Push-ups killed me. My arms pretty much said, screw you we're done at 12 I feel like all the progress I worked so hard for seemed to just go away. :(
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
