After yesterday's depressing performance I spent A LOT of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong on my pull ups. Its only been an hour since I finished and I think I either pulled some sort of tendon between my triceps and armpit or I found muscles I didn't know existed because my arms feel both dead and on fire at the same time.
