OMG this sucked. The general consensus was my muscles (especially my arms) would give out by 4 rounds. I had to take a break after each pushup towards the end and they looked more like I was backing up rather than pushing up, but I finished all 5 rounds in 22.09. My leg and triceps were useless the following two days.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
