Since it's been 5 yrs since my last workout and I'll kick myself for not doing this a year from now, I thought it was time to suck it up and record the journey of getting back to where I used to be. With that said, I didn't record the time, but I did 65lb squats
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
