11:30 (?) If there was a contest of who could "modify" an intense workout the most, I won it, hands down. Instead of pull-ups, I did the ski machine. I should have had to do twice as many since I flew thru the reps. Used 10lbs for goblin squats, should've used at least 15, if not 20
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
