11 overhead squats 95 lbs
11 Toes to Bar

6 rounds, but since I have no desire to have a mountain climber grip or land on my butt, I did situps instead of toes to bar.

Highlight of the 7 minutes was I increased my OH squat from 15 to 35lbs
