17:56 Did knee push-ups in place of burpees since I knew I'd barely pull off the 75 push-ups. 2 hrs later my hip flexor is screaming at me from the row machine. At this point, I'd rather stand in one place all day than do anything that requires it to work.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
